Built to answer for the second leak, too
This company got started after Helene, when plenty of Upstate households paid for a roof from a crew whose pickup had out-of-state tags, then could not get anyone on the phone once it leaked.

About a week after the hurricane, door hangers covered every subdivision in Greer. Many roofs were swapped out in a hurry by outfits that had moved on before Christmas. Some of those jobs held up fine. Many did not. Old flashing went back on, valleys got no membrane, new shingles were nailed over crushed decking, and when water came through the ceiling there was nobody left to call.
Greer Roof Pros was set up as the alternative. We are locally operated. We are not a franchise, and we are not a call center that sells leads to whoever pays. Our job is booking and managing residential roofing work in Greer and around the Upstate. The roofers we send are registered as residential specialty contractors with the LLR Residential Builders Commission in South Carolina, and they carry liability coverage plus workers' compensation. Each job is backed by a written workmanship warranty from a company you can reach on a local number.
How we run things
You keep the pictures, and nobody pushes
Any inspection we do ends with photos that stay with you. When the damage does not add up to a claim, you hear that from us. When a repair will do the job and a new roof is not needed, you hear that as well.
New parts under every new roof
A replacement from us means new flashing, new boots, new drip edge, working ventilation and membrane down the valleys, not only fresh shingles. With Upstate trees overhead, those parts decide whether a roof gives you fifteen years or thirty.
Prices and warranty on paper
Estimates are itemized and hold for 30 days. The workmanship warranty is a written document. This website lists real price ranges, so you have a sense of the cost before you pick up the phone.
Someone on the line at all hours
Bad weather does not wait for business hours. If a limb comes through the roof at 1 AM, the call gets answered, your details get written down and a tarp crew gets moving. Crews work on roofs Monday through Saturday, and inspections are usually booked within a day.
