Privacy at Greer Roof Pros
Your details go toward one job: looking at your roof, pricing it and doing the work.
Effective September 2026. Questions about this policy go to hello@greerroofpros.com.
What do we collect?
A phone call, a text message or the estimate form gives us five things: your name, a phone number, an email address, the street address or ZIP code of the house, and your own account of what the roof is doing. That is the entire list.
Is the phone call recorded?
It may be. Recordings of our business line are kept for quality review and for training, and a notice plays before you say anything. An automated assistant picks up the line, captures your details and books a callback; a person follows.
Why do we keep it?
To answer you, to get an estimator onto the roof, to write the estimate and whatever paperwork your insurer wants, to put the job on the calendar and complete it, to deal with a warranty claim later, and to send messages that concern the job itself. Now and then we also send a reminder, such as an offer to check the roof after a hailstorm. One reply stops those for good.
Who sees it?
Four parties, and no one else:
- The registered crew doing the roofing on your job.
- Your carrier or its adjuster, only when you ask.
- The vendors that run our phone line, web form and scheduling calendar.
- A court, agency or officer when the law compels it.
Nobody buys or rents your record from us.
Does the website follow me around?
No. The analytics on greerroofpros.com are the privacy-respecting kind: they tally visits and show which pages people read. There are no advertising trackers on any page.
How do I see, fix or erase my record?
Write to hello@greerroofpros.com. We'll show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. To stop text messages, send the word STOP in reply to any text from us.
