Door one
Registered, insured contractors
What we hand over is a booked estimate appointment: a homeowner with a roof problem, an address and a time. Those go to contractors who arrive when they said they would, price the job straight and leave the yard clean.
Before any appointment is sent, we verify three things: a fall-protection record with no incidents, a vehicle and hand tools of your own, and the paperwork.
To start: email hello@greerroofpros.com and include the company name, the territory you cover and your certificate of insurance.
Door two
Crew members
The contractors we book for are generally short of four kinds of people: shinglers and metal-panel installers with experience, leads able to run a tear-off with nobody getting hurt, estimators who can walk a roof and write a defensible scope, and office staff for permit filings and insurance paperwork. Send us your details and we'll pass them on.
Expect them to ask for a fall-protection record with no incidents and your own vehicle and hand tools. Crew leads and contractors also need workers' compensation and general liability insurance, and whichever state registration or license applies to residential roofing.
