Book a free roof estimate
An inspection with photographs and a line-by-line written price, at no charge, in Greer and throughout the Upstate.
Phone (864) 263-1238 at any hour of any day, or use the form on this page. Either way, the sequence below is what follows.
What to have ready when you call
Only what you've noticed: a mark on the ceiling, shingles in the yard, the date of the storm, roughly how old the roof is. Diagnosing the cause is the estimator's job, not yours. The callback comes the same day.
What happens on the day of the visit
The estimator arrives, typically one or two days after your call and sooner after a storm. They walk the roof surface, go into the attic, photograph what they find, and measure every plane of the roof. The visit costs nothing.
What the written sheet lists
Line by line, so a competing bid can be set beside it: removal and haul-off of the old roof, decking repair priced by the sheet, underlayment plus ice-and-water shield, pipe boots and new flashing, intake and ridge ventilation, the permit, a magnetic nail sweep at the end of each day, and the written workmanship warranty. Anything missing from the sheet can't turn up as a charge later.
What happens afterwards, and by when
The price holds for 30 days and sets repair beside replacement so the options are clear. Where hail or wind is the cause, the estimator says whether a claim is worth filing before you ring your carrier. If you approve the sheet, the job goes on the schedule, and nothing is owed as a deposit until that point. If you'd rather get a second estimate, do; comparing and then choosing us beats feeling pushed.
If water is coming in now
Use the word "emergency" on the call. A tarp crew comes out tonight, and the estimate waits until the inside is dry.
